    DescriptionIf this mask's headgear is a policeman's cap, as it seems to be, then it represents an important, colonial-era or later character very appropriate to the regulatory function of the masquerade performance. The white face indicates it is a spirit (elu). It has the hinged lower jar characteristic of Ogoni masks and puppets.
