DescriptionThis charming mug was probably made for export to the English market. It is decorated with a panel depicting people who lived on their boats and made their living from the sea. There are five other reserve panels, which include landscapes as well as bird and flower design. The handle is in the form of a sinewy dragon. The base is flat and unglazed.
