DescriptionA small seated human figure with hand to chin is depicted on the shoulder of the jar. The cardinal points (north, south, east and west) are marked by the figure, a symbol resembling a phallus, and two nipples which are perforated to the inside of the vessel giving it many of the characteristics which identify it with the demorphism found in the Calima ceramics, Yotoco phase, of the Valle del Cauca in Colombia.
