    DescriptionThis double-headed sculpture, possibly from a herm, is believed to be a representation of Theseus, slayer of the Cretan Minotaur, and Ariadne, daughter of King Minos, who gave Theseus a ball of string so that he could find his way out of the maze in which the monster lived.
