Trois feuilles (Three Leaves)

This six-foot-tall by almost seven-foot-wide mixed media piece resembles a thin hanging [standing?] box with recessed niches. The piece is broken into mottled teal green panels separated by brick orange lines. Niches of various shapes and sizes have been cut out of the surface, revealing painted images and relief sculptures on a second layer. Images and sculptures include palm trees, masks, and colorful bare-chested figures stacked one above the other.
