Visual Description
Marble sculptural portrait of a bearded man with short curly hair. The subject is rendered life-sized with considerable detail, but the eyes are smooth with no hint of pupils or irises. A rough patch of marble in the shape of a triangle sits in the center of the face, presumably where a protruding nose once stood.
